Accidental Damage Protection - Wear it without the worry

Adding Accidental Damage Protection covers your hire against life's little mishaps. Select it, and you're covered for accidental repair costs and/or extra cleaning up to a maximum of $250 per hired item. It's completely optional, and it's there for peace of mind on your big night.


It costs only $9.95. If a garment is damaged beyond repair, or the repair or cleaning comes to more than your cover, you may still be liable for the balance up to the item's RRP. And if your hire is refunded (say the dress doesn't fit, or you cancel), the protection fee is refunded to you as well.


Accidental Damage Protection does not cover: loss or theft of items; returns lost in transit (though you're protected if there's evidence the package was lodged or scanned at any point); non-garment items such as bags, headwear, belts, accessories and jewellery; and damage caused deliberately, or where extreme recklessness or carelessness is evident.
