We want your dress in your hands in good time, looking its best, with no guesswork at checkout. Here's exactly how delivery and return postage work.

One flat rate, both ways
Postage by express post is a flat rate of $17.95 per order, anywhere in Australia.
That single fee covers both the express delivery of your dress to you and the return postage back to us - so there's nothing further to pay to send it home.
Every express-post order goes by Australia Post express post, delivered in a home-compostable mailer with a prepaid, self-addressed return label enclosed.
To send your dress home, you re-use the same mailer and attach the label - there's no separate return satchel. The return is already addressed and paid for.
Free shipping on orders of $250 or more
Spend $250 or more in a single order and shipping is free - whichever way your dress travels.
That applies to:
- express post, both ways; and
- local Sunshine Coast delivery and collection.
The free rate is applied automatically at checkout.
Local delivery on the Sunshine Coast
If you're a Sunshine Coast, Queensland local, you have the option of personal delivery and collection on Mondays and Thursdays only, at a flat rate of $15 all-up, covering both the delivery and the collection.
This can be to and from your home or workplace - your choice.
Just select the local option at checkout, or get in touch to arrange it.

Locals’ bonus - 5 days for the price of 4
Since our local days are Mondays and Thursdays only, a 4-day hire delivered on a Thursday is collected the following Monday - so you keep your dress an extra day, on us.
(Most Sunshine Coast postcodes; public holidays may occasionally shift the collection day.)
When your dress will arrive
We aim to have your dress with you on or before the first day of your hire period, in good time for your event.
Even express post isn't usually overnight.
Within the main express post zones - Brisbane, the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, Sydney and Melbourne - delivery is usually 1 - 2 business days; a little longer if you're outside those zones.
Australia Post often surprises us with quicker timeframes, but it pays to allow a buffer.
If timing is tight, or you're at all unsure about delivery to your area, give us a quick call or email before you book and we'll do our best to guide you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia only.
Once it's delivered
Responsibility for the garment passes to you on delivery - from the moment the parcel reaches your address, the dress is in your care until it's safely posted back to us.
Please double-check the delivery address you give us is correct, as we can't be responsible for a parcel sent to an address provided to us incorrectly.
Every dress arrives with a 360 ID Tag attached.
Please leave it on until you've decided to go ahead with the hire - it's your safeguard for a fit-or-preference refund. See our Refunds Policy.
Things outside our control
We aim to send your dress in plenty of time and by the quickest service we can, but the final leg is in Australia Post's hands.
Occasionally a courier delay, extreme weather or a systems outage can affect delivery.
If that ever happens, we'll always do our best to help and find a fair solution.
Returning your dress
Your return is already covered:
- by your express-post fee, which pays for both directions; or
- for local Sunshine Coast customers, by the $15 local fee, which includes our Monday or Thursday collection from your home or workplace.
On orders of $250 or more, it's free either way.
