We want your dress in your hands in good time, looking its best, with no guesswork at checkout.

Here's exactly how delivery and return postage work. For the full legal details, please see our Terms & Conditions. This page is the friendly version.

One Flat Rate, Both Ways

Postage is a flat rate of $29.95 per order, anywhere in Australia.

That single fee covers:

  • Express delivery of your dress to you
  • Return postage back to us

There's nothing further to pay when it's time to send your dress home.

Every order is sent by Australia Post Express Post, and we include a prepaid, pre-addressed return satchel in your parcel.

Sometimes this is a separate return satchel. Other times, it's the same environmentally friendly reusable satchel your dress arrived in, with a prepaid return sticker enclosed for you to attach.

Either way, your return is already addressed and paid for.

When Your Dress Will Arrive

We aim to have your dress with you on or before the first day of your hire period, in good time for your event.

Even Express Post isn't usually overnight.

Within the main Express Post zones, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney and Melbourne, delivery usually takes one to two business days.

Delivery may take a little longer if you're outside these zones.

Australia Post often surprises us with quicker delivery times, but it always pays to allow a buffer.

If timing is tight, or you're unsure about delivery to your area, give us a quick call or email before booking. We'll do our best to guide you.

Local Delivery on the Sunshine Coast

If you're located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, you can choose personal delivery and pick-up on Mondays and Thursdays.

The flat rate is $15 in total, covering both delivery and collection.

Delivery and pick-up can be arranged at your:

  • Home
  • Workplace

Simply select the local delivery option at checkout or contact us to arrange it.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Once Your Dress Is Delivered

Responsibility for the garment passes to you upon delivery.

From the moment the parcel reaches your address, the dress is in your care until it has been safely posted back to us.

Please double-check that the delivery address you provide is correct. We can't be responsible for a parcel sent to an address that was provided to us incorrectly.

Things Outside Our Control

We aim to send your dress in plenty of time and use the quickest service available, but the final stage of delivery is in Australia Post's hands.

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Extreme weather
  • System outages
  • Other unexpected disruptions

If that happens, we'll always do our best to help and find a fair solution.

Returning Your Dress

Your return postage is already covered by the $29.95 flat postage fee.
